Hey there. It’s important to note that you made it to this point, which is the point of acknowledging a struggle, seeing the importance of caring for yourself, and building the courage to reach out knowing growth and improvement are on the horizon. Both exciting and, perhaps, intimidating! For those who I have had the opportunity to work with, I am humbled by the experience to be part of the journey and chapters of their life. I’d be honored to be part of yours.

I have worked with a lot of people from many walks of life, with different life experiences. No two experiences are ever the same. You are the expert in the room when it comes to your life, your perspective, and your experience of it. It is my responsibility as well as privilege to understand how you have experienced your life — no assumptions and no judgments. Together, we will set therapy goals. Through the process, you are the driver, and I will help with the navigation.

see what my clients are saying:

I was realizing after we spoke just how much progress I’ve made thanks to you and your wisdom, coaching, patience, kindness and care.

I wish you the very best and all I have to say is that you were wonderful over all. I was able to connect with you, i was able to see a different perspective and to gain more confidence when it comes to making difficult decisions.

This is the safest I’ve ever felt with a therapist.

I truly believe therapy saved my life.

Thank you for all of your help. I feel like a completely new person compared to when I first met you. I appreciate you for helping me get back to more of my normal self.

As I mentioned, these sessions with you have truly been one of the most transformative experiences of my life! I especially have appreciated the creativity, resourcefulness and fresh perspective / approach that you bring to the counseling process. Although the EMDR journey was not always an easy or comfortable path, it has brought peace with my past and paved the way for considerable new personal growth potential. My sincere thanks for all of your valuable guidance and support. I wish you continuing success in your profession and life.

I still always use what I learned in our sessions and I implement them with my own clients. So just really wanted to let you know how grateful I am for the work we did and the help/insight you provided
